Based on this reference from Aerodil:
I took a bit of artistic liberty with the design for fun. Occasionally it's interesting to see how someone else reimagines some of the details, so I hope you don't mind!
As per usual with this base, I used colors from the NES palette. I actually got some of the features for this from a version of Ariel I drew a while ago and didn't publish. (I was working on a dress-up doll for Ariel that I'm starting to think I should finish up and post.)
This character design belongs to Aerodil and not me. This specific instantiation of my bases is not for use by anyone but Aerodil.

So cute~! ^_^ I especially like the dark magenta colors for the mermaid! And the details on the wings are also very nice. <3
When you say Ariel, do you mean the Disney princess one? ^^ Whether or not it's her, though, dress-up dolls are fun! I'd love to see her, too, if you get the chance.
